A *simple cowboy themed cake* was the brief for this 40th birthday cake. Nothing too flash or over the top, and maximum slices of cake required!
Hence the rectangular shaped Double Chocolate Cake, filled with Caramel Creme and toppes with Belgian Chocolate Ganache.
A giant cakepop formed the Cowboy Hat, which was then covered in Sugarpaste and decorated. I then surrounded the cake with a ‘belt’ and buckle with his initial imprinted onto it.
And by the end of the evening there was little left – good cake, yes?
