Pirate Cake
Cake was Chocolate with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting and Sugarpaste Detail.
My client ordered the cake for J and then 48 cupcakes for the adults. Vanilla with Caramel Creme centre, Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Frosting and Chocolate Chip with Chocolate Frosting.

Ben10 was the first Character Cake I made, and this design (created by a fellow baker friend of mine) has proven to be popular time and time again. I love this cake, and more so, love the delight on the little boys (or big!) faces when I deliver it to them.

I needed to make a cake for a client who’s son is mad about Water Polo. He is also 15 tho, so i didn’t want to make it to childish. I wanted to keep it simple but still a bit fun.
This is what i decided to do.
A double layer vanilla cake, with caramel inbetween. Simply frosted with buttercream frosting and a sugarpaste ‘Water Polo Ball’.
Clean lines + bright colours = fun!
